Do I need to setup an account to purchase?

No, but it is suggested! With an account you are able to view your order history & download your files.

I forgot my password & cannot login. Am I able to reset it?

Yes! Please click the “Lost your password?” link on the login page & follow the instructions. If you’ve forgotten your email & password, please email littlemagicprints@gmail.com & I can reset your account for you! Please expect up to 24 hours to receive a response!

When will my order ship?

My current ship time is shipped 2-8 business days from purchasing. Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your items.

What are my shipping costs?

The flat rate fee for shipping is $3.99. International shipping varies depending on the location. Shipping can be calculated by adding your location to your cart.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order for physical products, a request must be made within 24 hours of purchasing. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Cancellations for digital products are not accepted.

Can I get a refund or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the products, refunds & exchanges are not accepted. If there is an error or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please message me! These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How will I receive my (digital) files?

All files are available for download after purchasing. You’ll receive an email with the link to download your files. You can also view/download your files from the ‘Downloads’ section of your account.

How long will my downloads be available?

Downloads never expire & will always be available to you. You can view them in the ‘downloads’ section of your account.

Do you offer custom Little Magic Girls?

I currently am closed for all customs!
